To register and use a vr777 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as you maintain an account on the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. vr777 enforces this age restriction strictly and will require documentary proof of age as part of the KYC verification process. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be suspended immediately and any funds held in that account will be forfeited.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account closure.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering. vr777 makes no representation that use of the Platform is lawful in your location.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of vr777 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment service partners.
• You must not have a previously closed, suspended, or self-excluded account on the vr777 platform. Attempting to register a new account after self-exclusion or closure is a breach of these Terms and will result in closure of the new account and forfeiture of any balance.

vr777 reserves the right to request verification documents at any time to confirm that you continue to meet the eligibility requirements set out above. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension pending verification. vr777's decision on eligibility matters is final.

vr777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by vr777, though individual payment service providers may apply their own transaction limits, which are outside vr777's control. All deposits are credited to your account balance in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) immediately upon confirmation of the deposit transaction by the payment provider.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal request will be processed. Accounts with pending or incomplete KYC documentation will have withdrawal requests placed on hold until verification is complete.

All transactions on vr777 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). vr777 is not responsible for currency conversion charges applied by your payment service provider if your registered wallet operates in a different denomination. vr777 does not charge a platform-side fee for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, individual payment providers may charge their own transaction fees.

vr777 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and special seasonal promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to these Terms and to the specific bonus terms communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between the specific bonus terms and these Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail with respect to that particular offer only.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met in full before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the specific bonus terms accompanying the offer. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vr777 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in reports being made to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity, including using deposits and withdrawals to layer, integrate, or conceal the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Using bots, automated betting scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software that interacts with the Platform in a manner not sanctioned by vr777 to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the Platform itself.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including sharing game information in real time during live casino sessions, coordinating betting strategies to exploit bonus terms, or sharing account access to pool resources across multiple accounts.
• Using the Platform for any activity that is fraudulent, deceptive, or that misrepresents your identity, age, or location — including providing falsified KYC documents or impersonating another individual.

Any account flagged by these systems will be subject to review, and vr777 may suspend the account and place a hold on withdrawals pending the outcome of the review. vr777 cooperates fully with law enforcement and financial crime authorities and will provide account information where required by a valid legal order.

vr777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where any amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations as a player — vr777 will provide reasonable notice of the change via a notification on the Platform or by email to your registered contact address, no less than seven days before the amended Terms take effect. Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or additions of new game categories) may take effect immediately upon publication.

The current version of these Terms, including the effective date, will always be published on this page. By continuing to use the Platform after the effective date of any amendment, you accept the amended Terms in full. If you do not accept any amendment, your sole remedy is to close your account by contacting vr777 customer support. Closing your account does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to the date of closure.
